We collect information to enable us to reply to you if you submit an enquiry or feedback via our website. We also need you to give us certain information, indicated on the form(s) you are required to complete when placing an order.

We collect website traffic data to monitor site use and performance. We also use the traffic data to help us improve the service we provide. The traffic information is not used to gain specific personal information from any individual site visitor.

• Third party providers of services or goods to us, or who process information on our behalf. Any Credit or Debit Card details are passed from our payment provider (Sage Pay) and your Card Issuer.

Please note that you have the right to update or rectify errors in information we hold about you.

You have the right to be removed from any of our mailing lists via our website.

You have the right to see a copy of the information we hold about you, subject to your payment of a statutory fee (currently £10). We will require sufficient evidence of your identity before we agree to this process.
